Founder

The Moment was founded by Bree Coulter, creator of the SHIFT methodology.

Bree developed SHIFT after recognising a consistent limitation across traditional personal development and coaching approaches: people could understand their patterns, articulate their history, and build insight, yet their reactions continued to surface under pressure.

​

The methodology was designed to address that gap directly, working at the level where reactions are generated rather than where they are explained.

​

Bree remains actively involved in the company. She works directly with clients, applies the methodology in practice, and represents the work through professional education, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

​

Her role ensures the method remains precise, grounded in real-world application, and accountable to its original design, while The Moment itself is structured to operate beyond founder dependency, with the work standing on its own.
